Our business days are Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Pacific, excluding major U.S. holidays. We are also closed the week between Christmas and New YearÂ’s. When a holiday falls on a weekend, it may be observed on the preceding Friday or the following Monday.
If the order is submitted before 12pm Pacific Time on a business day, the order date is counted as day zero.

Shipping charges include handling charges that cover costs of packaging materials and related labor. Prices and options are based on product configuration and are the same throughout the US. (Shipping charges may be higher for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).
We cannot ship via other carriers or bill shipments to your account. We do not accept addresses for and cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses, or addresses in the Virgin Islands.
Orders shipped to countries outside of the U.S.are subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Depending on the product and delivery destination, one of the following options will be applied.
Payment Upfront (DDP - Delivered Duty Paid) You will pay Customs, Duties and Taxes upfront based on our estimate of actual amounts due to taxing and customs authorities. We, in turn, will be responsible for making all payments to customs and other import and export authorities. Your total costs are limited to the amount indicated. You will not be responsible for additional customs, taxes and duties if actual amounts exceed our estimates, nor will you be refunded the difference if actual amounts are below our estimates.
Payment Upon Delivery (DAP - Delivered at Place) You will be the importer of record. As recipient of an international shipment and importer or record, you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination country. It is possible that your shipment may be delayed due to insufficient or late payment of these amounts due. In the event you fail to make timely payments, it is possible that your product may be held or discarded by customs or other import agencies. You will be fully responsible for these risks and bear all economic consequences, including the potential loss of your product. In the event that a taxing, customs or other agency charge us the applicable duties, taxes and fees, we will have the right to charge you the full amount of any amounts we are required to pay on your behalf plus a processing and penalty fee.
A shipping confirmation email including a tracking number is sent to your account email upon order completion. You can also find tracking information in your online account under "My Orders".
Some orders may be shipped from other locations; as result we cannot always provide an automatic notification with a tracking number included. If you do not receive prompt tracking information, please contact customer care or your sales representative to obtain shipment details.
We guarantee your order to be free from manufacturing defects. As most of our products are produced with your custom artwork and content, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. If it is determined that there is a manufacturing defect, we will either replace or refund the charges for the defective portion of your order, at our option. Please see Policies for more information.
In the unfortunate event of shipping damage to your order, please email us photos of the damaged goods and the shipping box(es) (even if no visible damage to the boxes). If there is visible damage to your package upon delivery, please inform the delivery driver if possible. Details of missing or damaged shipments must be provided within 15 days of delivery.
We know you are eager to receive your order as soon as possible. Mimeo always does its best to ensure your project is produced and delivered on time. However, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as there may be a number of unforeseen reasons why your order will arrive after the estimated arrival date. Notably, bad weather can cause unavoidable air and ground service delays between our plants and in the final shipment to you. Mimeo is not liable for missed delivery delays due to inclement weather, carrier malfunctions or for misdirected and/or delayed packages if incomplete or inaccurate address information was provided. Mimeo specifically disclaims liability for delays in delivery and any resulting consequential damage or losses. To avoid any issues, please order your project with as much lead time as possible, select appropriate production and delivery options and review closely all of your shipping details when placing your order.
