  • Shipping Options

    Domestic:

    • Ground (3-5 business days transit time within the continental U.S.)
    • 2nd Day Air (2 business days transit time)
    • Next Day Air Saver (1 business day transit time)
    • Local Pick Up from our San Francisco facility. Not available for all orders

    International:

    • International Economy (3-5 business days transit time)

    Important:

    • Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not counted as business days.
    • The order date is counted as day zero.
    • Some orders may ship from other locations by various carriers; for this reason and to avoid substantial delay, do not mix production types in a single order.

    Major U.S. holidays include:

    • New Year's Day
    • Memorial Day (last Monday of May)
    • Independence Day (July 4th)
    • Labor Day (first Monday of September)
    • Thanksgiving (2 days) (4th Thursday of November and the following Friday)
    • Christmas (2 days)

    Please note that years in which New Year's Day, Independence Day and Christmas fall on a weekend, we may observe those holidays on either the Friday preceding, or Monday following, such Holidays. Available shipping options and charges are accessible when starting a project or during checkout.

    Shipping charges include handling charges to covers costs of packaging materials and related labor. Prices and options are based on product configuration and are the same throughout the US. (Shipping charges may be higher for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico).

    We cannot ship via other carriers or bill shipments to your account. We do not accept addresses for and cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses, or addresses in the Virgin Islands.

  • International Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    Orders shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Two payment options are available during checkout:

    Payment Upfront (Recommended) You will pay Customs, Duties and Taxes upfront based on our estimate of actual amounts due to taxing and customs authorities. We, in turn, will be responsible for making all payments to customs and other import and export authorities.  By selecting this option, your total costs are limited to the amount indicated here.  You will not be responsible for additional customs, taxes and duties if actual amounts exceed our estimates, nor will you be refunded the difference if actual amounts are below our estimates.

    Payment Upon Delivery You will be the importer of record. As recipient of an international shipment and importer or record, you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination country. It is possible that your shipment may be delayed due to insufficient or late payment of these amounts due.  In the event you fail to make timely payments, it is possible that your product may be held or discarded by customs or other import agencies.  You will be fully responsible for these risks and bear all economic consequences, including the potential loss of your product.  In the event that a taxing, customs or other agency charge us the applicable duties, taxes and fees, we will have the right to charge you the full amount of any amounts we are required to pay on your behalf plus a processing and penalty fee.  By selecting this option, you acknowledge the risks involved with this payment upon delivery option and agree to have your credit card charged by us in the event that any duty, fee or tax is charged to us and you expressly acknowledge and accept our right to charge you the amounts paid on your behalf plus the penalty fee described above.

  • Order Tracking

    A shipping confirmation email including a tracking number is sent to your account email upon order completion. You can also find tracking information in your online account under "My Orders".

    Some orders may be shipped from other locations; as result we cannot always provide an automatic notification with a tracking number included. If you do not receive prompt tracking information, please contact customer care or your sales representative to obtain shipment details.

  • Returns

    We guarantee your order to be free from manufacturing defects. As most of our products are produced with your custom artwork and content, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect. If it is determined that there is a manufacturing defect, we will either replace or refund the charges for the defective portion of your order, at our option. Please see Policies for more information.

    Important: If CDs or DVDs you have received play or burn on most, but not all players, burners or drives, this is a compatibility issue - not a manufacturing defect. We cannot guarantee compatibility with any particular device; this is especially true for older players and optical drives.

  • Lost or Damaged Orders

    If your order is lost or has been damaged in transit, please contact us. We can generally replace or refund your order as necessary once the loss or damage is confirmed.
